Service Description

Come join Karen Hardy Coaching's ACOA/IFS Group and learn about your personal Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA) characteristics. This group is designed to offer insight and support while sharing with others who may have similar experiences. Gain insight into your protectors and learn to understand them while engaging in dialogue with the group. This is a great opportunity to connect with others while learning more about yourself. This group will meet for 90 minutes for each of the 10 sessions.
